I work for you, the buyer, to achieve the property that you want at the best price and on the best possible terms for you. Once a property is secured my work is not done, I will oversee the entire transaction through to completion working with your solicitor and all other parties.

The time-consuming daily hunt is taken care of for you and generally buying agents hear about new properties before they make it on to the market, giving you a head start. Furthermore by handling the negotiations for you I will, in most cases, be able to save you money on the final price you secure the property for. In the instance of a multiple or sealed bidding scenario the seller’s agents will regard the buyer with their own agent as a more committed buyer. Finally my experience and legal training means that any difficulties arising during the purchase I will probably have dealt with before and be able to resolve or advise accordingly.

I am able to offer advice on multiple possibilities where in one postcode you may get a one bedroom flat and others where you will get more space for the same money. I also offer orientation days to help you consider a few different areas before you commit to being specific and narrowing down the options.
As well as the search and overseeing of the purchase I am able to liaise with solicitors, surveyors, interior designers, contractors and introduce you to the best letting and management agents to look after the property going forwards.
Most of my time living and working in London has been spent in SW and W postcodes but my knowledge extents to parts of North London and east towards Wapping, Shad Thames and Docklands. I am also available for help and searches in the Channel Islands where my family are still based and where I visit regularly.
